Run 1000KM for 365 days

刚完成光阴地图,要尽快的开始另一个实验,不然,我知道自己荒废时间的坏习惯又会回来的。

这次要把运动发挥得淋漓尽致。去年跑943.58KM。今年, 我要跑步或走路或爬山1000公里++。

规则:
1)跑步或走路或爬山
2)里程:1000公里~1500公里
3)时间:365 天 (从二零一一年二月一日到二零一二年一月三十一日)
4)理想时刻:清晨六点
5)记录里数
6)享受跑步


Starting another project for 365days to keep me busy and steering myself to the right path. 

I would like to start from 1st Feb 2011 till 31st Jan 2012, run or walk or hike, for 1000KM++ preferably every morning.

That means : about 84KM per month, or 20KM per week, or 3KM per day for 365 days. 

Running/Walking/Hiking 3KM per day shouldn't be a problem for me. The only problem I might be facing will be getting up early every morning for 365 days. I am not a morning person, and I don't really need to start my day early to get to work. But I like to run in the early morning hour, as it is usually quiet and has less traffic. Another thing is that I would like to run before the sun comes out, after which the weather will become hotter, and I need to apply sunscreen. Nevertheless, I would like to try. It feels great when you have done your routine before the sun rises. Most importantly,  feeling great to  have the whole world in your hand when you run in the early morning.
