2014wk1 马拉松训练记录

2014年,开始了第一星期的训练。

31/12 (星期二)
45分钟晨跑,多云。体重:53KG, 鞋:Ascis Nimbus13。
Distance : 7.04km, Duration : 45:03, Avg Pace : 6.24

因为时间很赶,所以就来个快跑。跑后感觉不错。

Plank with hand/leg raise 10secx3set

Wall Squat 30sec
Lunge 10 times each side

因为没有想好要做那些体能训练,在加上没有早起,而延迟到晚上,这些都做得很敷衍,只想交差。

A bit lazy to wakeup early, but at last still made it. Run a little fast, feel good。 虽然不在期待的时间下跑,感觉还不错。

这次做得比较有效率,发现原来自己的体力是如此的不济。

跑得有点不耐烦。
feeling a bit bored, in face still have energy to run more but my mind was not willing to continur to run. It's hard to run 12KM today. Wonder how I did it last time!
