2014wk2 马拉松训练记录

5-1-14 (Sun) - Rest

6-1-14 (Mon) - Rest

7-1-14 (Tue) - 晨跑8.25KM, 用时57:01,Avg Pace:6:55
体重52.2Kg。跑鞋:Ascis Nimbus 13.

感觉很好。跑前订下要跑55Min , 跑到55Min时还觉得怎么这么快就跑完, 完全出乎预料。右脚有点紧,好像被袜子钩住了。跑后没有做伸展运动。

8-1-14 (Wed) - Strength Training At Night. Weight : 51.9kg
Push UP with Leg raise x 20
Squat 20 sec x 2
Wall Squat 30 sec x 1
Single leg Squat 20 times
Lunge 20 times each side

NO Mood. 只想交功课,做得很勉强。

9-1-14 (Thu) - Skip the morning run. weight : 51.7kg
Strength training at night
Squat 20 sec x 2
Plank 20 sec x 2
Push Up 20 sec x 2
Lunge 20 times each side
Abs 6 set exercise 1 series - quite difficult (用手机的apps做的Excersise,好吃力)

10-1-14 (Fri) - wanted to wake up and run before going to the hospital, but it rained. wight : 52.2kg
REST (以后还是不要在一三五的事间安排跑步,这是很难实现的)

11-1-14 (Sat)  - original plan is to run 12KM, half way through, stomach not feeling well, ended up running only 6KM.
distance : 6:32KM, time :43:39, pace : 6:54

这几天肚子一直不舒服。 而且手脚都很痒。
